Well, the poll is very simple. Vote now and Decide. Our current leader (Magic Fireballer) and i have been talking and have decided that is is probably the best way to go. After we have enough votes, we will be having elections and everyone will be allowed to run. They can also pick their own diplomats and officers.

We haven't had elections so far and I've been happy with the leadership. However I do beleive that a dummy kingdom should remain as the leader that is listed as such on the alliance page. If this alliance goes anywhere that person is going to be brutally harrassed by angry players and people wanting to get in, yada yada. I think on the page it should be listed who to contact for what.
