This guy seems to have escaped our grasp as he is sitting on like 600,000 acres right now with a very powerful alliance. However it has been several weeks since I have heard of anyone having a problem with this guy so I think its time to pull him off our hitlist. Any problems with this should be posted here with logs to support your reasoning.
